What this site collects. If you fill in the contact form, I receive your name, your email address, your organisation if you choose to give it, and your message. Nothing else. The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts this site, and the submission passes through their systems on the way to my email.
What I use it for. Replying to you. That is the only purpose. Your details are not added to any mailing list, sold, shared or used to build a profile of you, and this site does not run advertising.
Analytics. I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It is configured not to identify individuals. If you would rather not be counted, any standard browser tracking protection or ad blocker will prevent it.
How long I keep things. Contact form messages are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and then deleted, and in any case no longer than two years.
Your rights. You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and I will do it. Email sam@samgregory.co. If you are not satisfied with how I have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Who is responsible. Sam Gregory, London, United Kingdom. sam@samgregory.co.
